These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Colorín app ("Colorín," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Colorín.
Colorín is intended for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe. The app is not directed at children under 13, and children should not create accounts or submit personal information directly. By using Colorín, you represent that you are an adult managing the app on behalf of your family.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to keep it current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Colorín is available on a monthly subscription basis at $9.99 per month. Your subscription gives you access to 40 AI-generated coloring pages per billing period.
All billing is processed through Apple's App Store. Colorín does not store or handle your payment information directly. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. To cancel, manage your subscription through your Apple ID settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. Colorín does not issue refunds independently.
Colorín uses artificial intelligence to generate coloring pages based on prompts you provide. By using this feature, you understand and agree that:
You own the coloring pages generated through your account. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, print, and share your generated pages for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not sell, license, or commercially exploit pages generated through Colorín.
We retain no ownership of your generated content, but we may use anonymized, aggregated data about usage patterns to improve the service.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in misuse, with or without notice.
Colorín is designed to be used by parents and guardians, not by children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We aim to keep Colorín available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Colorín and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, dissatisfaction with generated content, or service interruptions. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Colorín shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Colorín after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.
