These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Colorín app ("Colorín," "we," "us," or "our"), a product of Kaldra LLC. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Colorín.
Colorín is intended for use by parents and guardians on behalf of their children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the app. The app is not directed at children under 13, and children should not create accounts or submit personal information directly. By using Colorín, you represent that you are an adult managing the app on behalf of your family.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree to provide accurate information at sign-up and to keep it current. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Colorín uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased as one-time in-app purchases through Apple's App Store — there is no recurring subscription or automatic renewal. Colorín does not store or handle your payment information directly. In-app purchase validation and credit balance tracking are managed by RevenueCat.
The cost per generated page depends on the credit package you purchase, ranging from $0.20 to $0.40 per page. Current pricing is displayed at the time of purchase.
Refund requests for purchases made through Apple's App Store are subject to Apple's refund policy. Colorín does not issue independent refunds for App Store purchases, except as required by law.
Colorín uses artificial intelligence to generate coloring pages based on prompts you provide. All prompts are reviewed by automated content moderation systems before processing. By using this feature, you understand and agree that:
Kaldra LLC owns all coloring pages generated through the Colorín service. Upon generation of a page using your credits, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use, print, and share that page for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not sell, license, or commercially exploit pages generated through Colorín without our prior written permission. Commercial use requires a separate written agreement with Kaldra LLC.
Please be aware that AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection under current U.S. law. We make no warranty that generated pages are protectable by copyright, and we disclaim any warranty of copyright ownership in generated content.
We may use anonymized, aggregated data about usage patterns to improve the service. We will never attribute generated content to you by name or share your individual outputs without your permission.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any prompt you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party. Kaldra LLC is not liable for any claim arising from a user's submission of prompts that reference copyrighted or trademarked content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in misuse, with or without notice.
You are solely responsible for the prompts you submit. By submitting a prompt, you represent that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, does not contain personal information about any individual, and does not violate any applicable law. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kaldra LLC and its officers, directors, and employees from any claim, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the app, your prompts, or your violation of these Terms.
Colorín is designed to be used by parents and guardians, not by children directly. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information without parental consent, please contact us and we will delete it promptly. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
We aim to keep Colorín available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control, including the availability of third-party AI services. We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaldra LLC and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with generated content, loss of data, or service interruptions. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of Colorín shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We encourage you to contact us first at privacy@kaldra.co if you have a concern — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
For any dispute that cannot be resolved informally, you and Kaldra LLC agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, rather than in court. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration agreement does not apply to claims that qualify for small claims court.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you within the app and ask you to review and re-accept the updated Terms. Continued use of Colorín after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes not subject to arbitration under Section 11 shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
